We hope you’ve made the most of the Queensland strawberry glut because it’s winding down now. If you’re quick you’ll still find them at Strangers with Candy served with blueberries and housemade yoghurt icecream. Strangers is also making lemon curd and serving it with passionfruit, meringue and double cream. And while the passionfruit are so good they’re also making a fabulous petit four: passionfruit marshmallows coated in couverture chocolate. Apparently, only a small percentage of these ever make it out of the kitchen and onto guests’ tables.
